The top four sides from the 2025-26 Serie A season have earned a spot in the 2026-27 edition of the Champions League, and in a dramatic twist in the final few weeks of the previous campaign, there will be no Milan or Juventus competing this time around.

Inter, Napoli, Roma and Como are the Italian representatives in the 2026-27 Champions League draw.
