By accessing or using ChanceGoal, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use ChanceGoal.

ChanceGoal is for older teens and adults. App stores may classify ChanceGoal as 16+ because it includes simulated prediction-market experiences.

Parents and guardians should supervise younger teen use and understand the features if they choose to permit access.

• ChanceGoal uses virtual credits only.
• Virtual credits have no monetary value.
• Virtual credits are not currency, stored value, or payment instruments.
• Users cannot exchange virtual credits for money or anything of monetary value.

If subscriptions or paid features are offered, purchase and billing flows may be handled by the applicable platform, such as Apple. Subscription availability, cancellation, refunds, and billing controls may be governed by that platform's rules.

Paid access does not convert virtual credits into monetary value, transferable value, or prizes with monetary value.

Referral rewards, when available, are promotional virtual-credit grants only. Invite rewards such as 1000.00¢ have no cash value, cannot be paid out, cannot be redeemed, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of monetary value. Eligibility, abuse controls, and duplicate-reward prevention are enforced by ChanceGoal.

ChanceGoal may display match, team, competition, market, sports data, news, and article context from third-party sources or feeds. Some article content may be summarized or analyzed for sports context.

Sports data and news content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ChanceGoal does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness.

• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use accurate account information where required.
• Do not share access in a way that violates platform rules or these Terms.
• Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

• Do not use ChanceGoal for unlawful activity or to violate local laws.
• Do not attempt to manipulate, attack, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use ChanceGoal to promote monetary-value prediction activity where not allowed.
• Do not misrepresent ChanceGoal virtual credits as money, transferable value, or investment value.

ChanceGoal is provided for entertainment, sports engagement, and educational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChanceGoal is not responsible for losses, decisions, or actions taken based on app content, sports data, news, prediction-market displays, or virtual-credit outcomes.

ChanceGoal may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
