Terms of Use
These Terms describe the basic rules for using ChanceGoal. They are written for clarity and should be reviewed with any lawyer-approved terms before publication or App Store submission.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ChanceGoal, you agree to follow these Terms of Use and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use ChanceGoal.
Eligibility and adult use
ChanceGoal is intended for adult users. App stores may classify ChanceGoal as 18+ because it includes simulated prediction-market experiences.
Parents and guardians should not allow children to use features intended for adults.
Virtual credits and no real-money gambling
- ChanceGoal uses virtual credits only.
- Virtual credits have no cash value.
- ChanceGoal does not support real-money betting.
- ChanceGoal does not allow deposits or withdrawals.
- ChanceGoal does not provide cash prizes.
- Users cannot exchange virtual credits for real money.
Subscriptions and purchases
If subscriptions or paid features are offered, purchase and billing flows may be handled by the applicable platform, such as Apple. Subscription availability, cancellation, refunds, and billing controls may be governed by that platform's rules.
Paid access does not convert virtual credits into cash, betting value, withdrawals, or cash prizes.
Sports data, news, and content
ChanceGoal may display match, team, competition, market, sports data, news, and article context from third-party sources or feeds. Some article content may be summarized or analyzed for sports context.
Sports data and news content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ChanceGoal does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness.

User account responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure.
- Use accurate account information where required.
- Do not share access in a way that violates platform rules or these Terms.
- Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Prohibited use
- Do not use ChanceGoal for unlawful activity or to violate local laws.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, attack, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use ChanceGoal to promote real-money gambling where not allowed.
- Do not misrepresent ChanceGoal virtual credits as money, betting value, or investment value.
Limitation of liability
ChanceGoal is provided for entertainment, sports engagement, and educational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChanceGoal is not responsible for losses, decisions, or actions taken based on app content, sports data, news, prediction-market displays, or virtual-credit outcomes.
Changes to terms
ChanceGoal may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
