How to contact support

When contacting support, include your account email if relevant, device or browser details, page URL, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details.

Account help

  • Sign-in or account-access issues.
  • Profile or account setting questions.
  • Email verification or authentication provider questions.
  • Suspected unauthorized access.

Subscription help

If subscriptions are available through Apple, subscription management, cancellations, billing, and refunds may be handled through Apple account settings and App Store rules.

App access help

For app access issues, include your device type, operating system, browser or app version where available, and what you were trying to do when the issue occurred.

Virtual credits explanation

  • ChanceGoal uses virtual credits only.
  • Virtual credits have no cash value.
  • ChanceGoal does not support real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, or exchange of virtual credits for money.

Reporting content issues

For source, news, data, attribution, or content concerns, include the page URL, source link if visible, and a clear description of the concern.
