What happened
Inter Milan cruised to a 4-1 win over Monza, with the standout moment coming from Italy international Sebastiano Esposito, who scored a remarkable flicked goal. The result extends Inter's strong run in Serie A and further highlights Esposito's emerging talent as he continues to push for a more prominent role.
Chance analysis
Esposito's acrobatic finish adds another memorable highlight to what has been a breakout stretch for the young forward, who has long been tipped as a future Inter star. With Inter already dominant in the scoreline, the goal carries significance less for the result and more for the Italian national team picture, where Esposito is building a case for regular inclusion ahead of upcoming fixtures.
Esposito's goal and overall display strengthens his case for more minutes at Inter and a bigger role with Italy, while reinforcing Inter's attacking depth.
