Jhon Lucumi has officially joined Juventus from Bologna for €19.5m plus add-ons, the Bianconeri confirmed.

Colombia international Lucumi has joined Juventus from Bologna, signing a contract until June 2030.

Lucumi, 28, underwent medical tests in Turin on Sunday, and the Bianconeri confirmed his signing this morning.

“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that an agreement with Bologna FC 1909 for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Jhon Janer Lucumí Bonilla has been reached for a consideration of € 19.5 million, payable in three financial years, with the addition of ancillary costs up to € 0.6 million,” Juventus said.

“Furthermore, bonuses up to a maximum of € 2 million are envisaged upon the achievement of further performance objectives. Juventus and the player have signed a contract of employment until 30 June 2030.”

Lucumi had joined Bologna from Belgian side Genk in the summer of 2022 for €8m.

The Colombian centre-back made 123 appearances in Serie A with the Rossoblu, scoring one goal.
