Gustavo Varela, Patrick Cutrone, Jan Ziolkowski, Patrick Ciurria and Matteo Pessina were injured for Ivan Juric’s side.

Just moments later, Parma got their equaliser when Simone Lontani steered his effort through a sea of legs with the inside of the right boot into the far bottom corner from 12 yards. It was the teenage ex-Milan youth product’s first Serie A goal, after two this season in the Coppa Italia.
