Kieran O'Neill Dowell (born 10 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Hull City. Dowell previously played for Everton having graduated from their youth academy in 2014, from where he had loan spells with Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, Derby County and Wigan Athletic. He would later depart Everton and join fellow English side Norwich City in July 2020. He would then join Scottish club Rangers in 2023, and spent the second half of the 2024–25 season on loan at Birmingham City. He joined Hull City in January 2026. Internationally, Dowell represented England at under-16, under-17, under-18, under-20, and under-21 level.
