It is affiliated to the Caribbean Football Union of CONCACAF. Along with the teams from the Bahamas, Tonga, Bhutan, Gibraltar, Eritrea, San Marino, and Somalia, they are consistently one of the lowest ranked teams in the world in the FIFA rankings.
