Kian Franklin Fitz-Jim (born 5 July 2003) is a Dutch professional footballer who currently plays as a defensive midfielder for Eredivisie club Ajax. On 18 June 2019, Fitz-Jim signed with AFC Ajax. he made his professional debut with Jong Ajax in a 2–1 Eerste Divisie loss to SC Telstar on 21 December 2020. He made his senior team debut in a friendly against FC Utrecht on 24 March 2021.
